Making Music Again: Rediscovering My Creative Phenomenal Force

Fifteen years is a long time to keep a part of yourself on mute. For me, that part was music. Life, work, and responsibility got loud, and my creative side faded into the background. But something inside me never stopped humming—a quiet reminder that creativity is essential to feeling alive.

Coming back to music wasn’t about chasing perfection or reliving old dreams. It was about reconnecting with the parts of myself that make me whole. The first time I sat down to write and sing again, I was nervous. What if I couldn’t find my voice? What if no one cared?

But as the notes came out, imperfect and honest, I realized that the act of creating is enough. Music gives me space to process, to hope, and to remember that I’m more than my roles or my resume. It’s a way to honor my story—and maybe, to help others honor theirs.

If you’ve put your creativity on hold, I hope my journey nudges you to pick it back up. The world needs your voice, your art, your perspective. And so do you.
